As a Custody Client Account Services Team Leader within the CAS Initiations team, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily operational workflows. You will support clients with account and market openings, technology setup, tax servicing, and account maintenance. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely solutions, ensuring a high standard of client service. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and control daily operational workflows within CAS InitiationsSupport clients with account and market openings, technology setup, and reportingMaintain static data and facilitate account closure processesReceive, investigate, and respond to internal queries in a timely and accurate mannerFacilitate completion of regular and ad-hoc client, investor, and regulatory reporting requirementsProvide relevant data and analysis to resolve client queriesEnsure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsDrive process improvements and operational efficiencyFoster a culture of teamwork and continuous learning

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Strong ability to communicate effectively and interact with individuals across teamsDemonstrated self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quicklyExcellent problem-solving skillsProven ability to work under pressure in a volume-driven environmentFlexibility to follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize workHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail with minimal supervisionRelevant financial industry experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalentProficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience in client account services or custody operationsStrong analytical and data management skillsExperience with process improvement initiativesAbility to lead and motivate a teamAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Additional Information:

Shift Schedule: APAC, EMEA or Night Shift (WHEM)

Work Setup: Full Time Onsite
