Client Coordinator – Business Travel Insurance & Expatriate Insurance

Location: Stockholm

Marsh is looking for a Client Coordinator – Business Travel Insurance (BTI) & Expatriate Insurance to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be close to clients and client executives, coordinating Business Travel and Expatriate insurance programs and contributing to the development and delivery of high‑quality solutions.

You will have a broad, varied role where you combine client contact, coordination of insurance programs and analytical tasks, and play an important part in ensuring that our clients receive professional and timely service.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the day‑to‑day servicing of Business Travel Insurance and Expatriate Insurance clients, mainly within small and mid‑size portfolios.Support in renewal work, including preparing material, gathering information and coordinating input from insurers and internal stakeholders.Participate in client‑related work such as preparing reports, presentations and follow‑up material for meetings.Maintain good oversight of client portfolios, ensuring that policy information, documentation and deadlines are managed in a structured and professional way.Contribute to improving ways of working, tools and processes within Business Travel and Expatriate insurance.

What you need to have

Work experience from a similar position within the insurance, broker or financial services industry (for example client support, coordinator or junior client‑facing role).Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.Good skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to see the bigger picture in client work.A structured, analytical and reliable way of working, with the ability to manage several parallel tasks and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills – you enjoy collaborating with colleagues and interacting with clients.

What makes you stand out

1–2 years of experience in a similar role within insurance, broking or financial services.Experience specifically with Business Travel Insurance, Expatriate Insurance or employee benefits.Education at minimum Bachelor level in a relevant field (e.g. business, economics, insurance, administration).IDD licence or other relevant insurance certifications (or willingness to obtain such licence).
