Imagine360 is seeking a Client Clinical Engagement Manager to join the team! The Client Clinical Engagement Manager serves as a strategic clinical partner to employer group clients, supporting Imagine360's mission to simplify healthcare and reduce costs. This role combines clinical expertise with client engagement, ensuring alignment between our clinical programs and each client's benefit strategy. You'll translate complex clinical data into actionable insights, drive adoption of evidence-based programs, and strengthen relationships through consultative, high-touch service.\n

Position Location: 100% remote\n

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nAct as a clinical consultant and trusted advisor to employer clients, supporting renewals and expansion of Imagine360 medical management solutions.\nDeliver semi-annual and annual client reviews, highlighting clinical outcomes, cost savings, and opportunities for improvement.\nAnalyze medical and pharmacy claims, biometrics, and engagement data to identify cost drivers, care gaps, and population health risks.\nRecommend benefit design strategies and clinical programs (e.g., chronic condition management, transplant protocols, mental health initiatives) to improve outcomes and control costs.\nProvide clear, compelling presentations and reports to executive-level stakeholders.\nCollaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Analytics, Care Coordination, PBM partners) to ensure seamless delivery of clinical solutions.\nServe as the escalation point for complex clinical inquiries and ensure timely resolution.\nEducate brokers and client stakeholders on trends in population health, cost containment, and value-based care.\nSupport Account Managers in articulating the clinical value of Imagine360's services during renewals and strategic planning.\nEvaluate vendors in the clinical space for complimentary support to add to existing medical management programs and department.\nDesign and help lead and implement innovative solutions and incentives.\nEnsure all recommendations adhere to evidence-based guidelines and regulatory requirements.\nExperience with care management software platforms and comfort with drilling in and summarizing care management activities.\nAbility to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.\n\n

Required Experience\/Education:\n\nEducation: MSN or advanced clinical degree required, MPH or MBA preferred.\nExperience:\nMinimum 8 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a client-facing or managed care setting.\nExperience with self-funded employers, TPAs, or health plans strongly preferred.\nStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex clinical and cost data.\nExceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.\nProven ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.\nComfort with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).\nAbility to travel as needed for client meetings and strategic reviews.\n\n\n\n
