Amivie, a licensed home care agency and one of the largest PCA agencies in Minnesota, is looking for a Homecare Client Care Supervisor to join our team! Headquartered in Bloomington, we employ 900 caregivers and Nurses who serve 1300 clients throughout the greater Metro Area.
As a Client Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that clients receive the care they need by coordinating staffing, hiring caregivers, and addressing any client or caregiver concerns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a team player, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively with the support of our office team.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet client needsCommunicate effectively with clients, case managers, and caregiversHire and onboard new caregiversMaintain accurate and up-to-date clients and staff recordsAddress and resolve client and caregiver concerns in a professional mannerEnsure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentialityProvide exceptional customer service to clients and caregiversAssist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, homecare, or scheduling preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to communicate effectively and professionallyAttention to detail and accuracy in data entryFamiliarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy lawsProficiency in another language is a plus
