Initiate or approve new wire, ACH and book transfer requests along with fund transfer template creation. Handle Petty Cash Card administration and funding. Help with Positive Pay and research and decision issues with lockbox deposits. Work closely with Accounting, Property Management, and external banking contacts. Performs a variety of tasks and relies on experience and judgment to accomplish goals.Job Description
Responsible for one or more of the following:
Manage the process for initiating and approving EFT requests.Manage the process for incoming lockbox payments and payment issue resolution.Manage the process for decisioning Positive Pay.Petty Cash Card admin.Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of all reporting.Resolve issues & clarify questions raised by accountants and/or property managers.Perform quality control.Monitors shared group e-mail/SharePoint request site and responds as needed.Assists with training as needed.Develop and manage relationships with 3rd party vendors for inventory and maintenance needs.Perform other duties as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Associates degree preferredPrevious Experience:
1+ years of treasury/disbursement experience preferredTargeted Competencies

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
