Client Associate - Professional Services Sales

As a Client Associate in the Professional Services Content division, you will support and participate in the sale of services to enterprise customers. You will work closely with the Professional Services sales team across the full sales cycle, including proposal development, opportunity management, and booking. The role also involves active services selling and account development for assigned accounts.

 

Your impact:

Your role will place you at the heart of our services sales operations. You will act as the main point of contact for the sales team, supporting them with:

Drafting proposals and preparing opportunity quotesInitiating approval workflows in our CRM in line with internal policies and proceduresFollowing up on the booking of sales opportunitiesEnsuring the CRM system is accurately maintainedManaging and maintaining the document repository

 

You will also contribute to account development and service sales by:

Managing sales opportunities under the supervision of a sales representative, with a view to progressively gaining autonomyManaging and growing a portfolio of assigned accountsContributing to the achievement of booking targets

 

You are great at:

Being a team player: interacting with the team, understanding their needs, and providing day-to-day supportDiligently following Sales Operations–related processesFinding creative ways to improve and accelerate existing process/workflowsCommunicating effectively with stakeholders outside your organization, and building and maintaining trustful relationships with them 

 

What it takes:

Associate’s degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of relevant experience

Sales Operations and services selling experience within a software or Professional Services environment

Strong understanding of sales processes, ordering mechanisms, and CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent)

Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment and manage peak workloads (especially quarter-end)

Tenacious, reliable, curious, and quality-focused

Full professional proficiency in business English; Spanish is a plus
