We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marine Hull team at Marsh. This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Marine Hull and P&I プラクティスチームは、大手の海運企業を対象として、P＆I保険（船主責任保険）やH＆M保険（船舶保険）等の仲介ならびにコンサルティングを提供しています。国内の大手損保に加え、ロンドンやシンガポールの保険マーケットからキャパシティを集めることで、競争力の高い保険プログラムを組成しています。また、コンサルティング業務については、取引先の各保険プログラムの検証や分析などを実施し、より効果的な保険購買のアドバイスを行います。業務の遂行にあたっては、社内外の専門家と緊密に連携し、グローバルなソリューションを提供することで、取引先である海運企業のニーズに応えています。

保険契約の満期案内(主にメール)申込書類・請求書作成発行された証券の内容確認、発送既存契約のメンテナンス（変更手続き等）保険契約に付随するお客様からの問い合わせの対応業務営業社員/保険会社との連携 (メール/電話)海外マーシュオフィスとのでの連携 (メール)

What you need to have / 必須経験・スキル：

損害保険の営業事務経験高いコミュニケーションスキル（日本語・英語両方）クライアントと良好な関係を構築することのできる営業経験向上心が高く、自ら課題を見つけ対策を考えられる方
