Compliance Background- 7 year Drug Test- 5 Panel Oral **Location:** Warehouse Setting **Job Summary** The Warehouse Clerk / Receiving Clerk supports inbound/outbound warehouse operations by receiving and verifying shipments, inspecting goods, processing documentation, and coordinating with truck drivers and carriers. This role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work a rotating 12‑hour schedule in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Receive inbound/outbound shipments using scanners/PDAs + Verify shipments against purchase orders, invoices, and Bills of Lading (BOLs) + Confirm container numbers, seal numbers, and load documentation + Inspect freight for damage, shortages, or discrepancies + Accurately enter receiving data + Check in and communicate with truck drivers and direct them as needed + Maintain organized inbound/outbound paperwork and records + Report shipment issues to warehouse leadership + Follow all safety and warehouse procedures **Required Qualifications** + Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred + Familiarity with inbound freight, BOLs, and shipping documents + Basic computer and data entry skills + Experience using scanners, PDAs, and warehouse systems + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team **Schedule** + Blue/Gold rotating schedule + 12‑hour shifts (5:00 AM–5:00 PM or 5:00 PM–5:00 AM) + Rotating 38‑ and 48‑hour weeks + Every other weekend off **Work Environment** + Warehouse setting + Frequent interaction with drivers and warehouse staff + Prolonged standing, walking, and light clerical work + Use of required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
