Manpower is HIRING! Are you looking for a new CSR role in the Victorville area. Well-known company is looking for a CSR-Payroll Specialist to join the team! This is a 1st shift position, M-F 7am-3:30pm and the start pay rate is $21.

ROLE SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, this position performs general administrative duties for various Departments, Managers, and/or Supervisors. 

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED Background check Drug testDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (denotes essential job functions): Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), company policies, safety policies and practices, quality standards. Perform general administrative duties for the different departments including duties of a confidential nature if necessary. Research, compile, and summarize data or reports from a variety of sources in accordance with specific instructions or procedures. Compose and type routine correspondence, memoranda, reports, and other documents. Use various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports. Enter, update, and/or retrieve information utilizing automated systems. Edit, review, and proofread documents for accuracy including proper grammar, sentence structure, spelling, punctuation, and format according to specified style and formatting guidelines to ensure accuracy and completeness. Perform Internet searches to research and compile information for projects as directed. Photocopy, collate and staple materials as requested. Participate in and record minutes at conferences and committee meetings as needed and as directed. Operate a computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars and other basic office support software.
