**Job Title: Cleared Electronics Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an Electronics Technician 3 to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit. As part of SES, you will be involved in designing, engineering, integrating, operating, and maintaining electronic security services. This includes work with intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audiovisual systems, IT systems, perimeter defense, and command and control systems for federal, local, and commercial clients. The role involves executing technical tasks within field operations, performing on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems to ensure functionality and reliability. **Responsibilities** + Conduct site surveys and configure hardware and software. + Test systems for proper operation and provide technical support to customers. + Utilize and comprehend project safety plans, enforcing company policies. + Participate in quality reviews of design documentation. + Track project metrics and participate in weekly resource allocation meetings. + Verify correct charges on project timesheets. + Execute installation and maintenance activities, ensuring detailed documentation. + Track and inventory tools, conduct tool inspections, and organize material orders. + Conduct daily operational risk management meetings and ensure team safety compliance. + Execute PITCO plan, ensuring high-quality testing and installation. + Install system raceway, cabling, equipment racks, and panels according to industry standards. + Terminate, test, and configure electronic devices and IT equipment. + Manage base switch configurations and troubleshoot programmable components. + Ensure compliance with quality control plans, conducting inspections and documenting findings. + Install and maintain field devices, troubleshoot system components, and resolve fiber optic issues. + Lead commissioning efforts and assist in meetings with owners and design teams. + Communicate with project teams, other trades, and customers. + Provide mentorship to crew members and encourage strategic thinking and innovation. + Plan for manpower assignment, material procurement, and resource planning. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in Lenel, electronics, and troubleshooting. + U.S. Citizenship and active SECRET clearance. + High school diploma or GED with military electronics training or equivalent. + 6+ years of experience in electronics installation and maintenance. + Strong oral, written, and presentation skills. + Experience with multidisciplinary teams. + Time management and organizational skills. + Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Vendor certifications in IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems like Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, AIphone Intercom Systems, FFT, DIVAR. + Windows operating systems certification and installation experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where innovation and collaboration drive success.
