Job Title: Cleanroom Technician

Job Description

As a Cleanroom Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and operating the warehouse management system efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for handling manufacturing inventory, assisting less experienced material handlers, and ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the production areas. Your duties will include compliance with all safety and quality policies, supporting continuous improvement programs, and delivering exceptional results to meet customer expectations.

ResponsibilitiesOperate the stretch wrapper safely and efficiently.Manage warehouse inventory using the warehouse management system.Complete manufacturing paperwork documentation accurately.Collaborate with material handlers, production operators, and manufacturing assistants.Assist less experienced material handlers as needed.Maintain an orderly and accurate warehouse inventory.Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies and procedures.Promote cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.Support continuous improvement programs such as LEAN, 5S, and Six Sigma.Understand and meet customer production requirements.Stop any process not meeting food safety or quality requirements.Handle hazardous and chemical waste in compliance with procedures.Essential SkillsKnowledge of cleanroom protocols and medical packaging procedures.Familiarity with medical assembly and packaging instructions.Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail.Ability to perform inspections and quality checks.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.Ability to stand for extended periods.Willingness to adhere to dress code and cleanroom gown procedures.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a full cleanroom environment, including wearing face masks and adhering to strict gowning procedures. The dress code prohibits snow boots, open-toed shoes, cologne, jewelry, and profanity on clothing. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with the expectation of standing all day. Employees can bring their own lock to use a personal locker.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
