**Job Title: Cleanroom Technician** **Job Description** Join an exciting new EES Battery Storage unit program set to run over the next 2-3 years. Initial training takes place on the first shift, from 5:50am to 2:05pm, until March 1st. Post-training, you will transition to a 6am to 6pm Continental 4 crew model. You'll have the opportunity to work on a specific crew (A, B, C, or D). **Responsibilities** + Perform manufacturing assembly at various operating stations along the battery line. + Conduct quality checks on parts. + Pack and prepare parts for shipment. + Assemble and sub-assemble battery packs. + Maintain general cleanliness of both the cell and the facility. + Train on multiple stations, involving tasks such as adding components to battery packs, using torque tools, and operating machinery. **Essential Skills** + Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention for the full duration of shifts, ranging from 8 to 12 hours. + Capability to learn and operate multiple stations throughout the manufacturing process. + Physical ability to stand for entire shifts and remain active. + Comfort with performing assigned tasks, which may include breaking down boxes, moving materials, or loading the line. + 6 months of experience in assembly or machine operation. + Possession of a high school diploma or GED. + Ability to refrain from using cell phones during shifts. + Capacity to lift or move 15-20 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to adapt to different tasks and environments within the facility. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a $75 weekly perfect attendance bonus paid biweekly, and access to benefits at virtually no cost. The warehouse is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and employees will be provided with lab coats, boots, and safety glasses for protection. During the first week, all contractors will participate in orientation on the first shift before moving to their designated shifts. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
