Cleanroom Technician
**Job Title: Assembly Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as an Assembly Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting integration testing, developing manual instructions, and enhancing production processes to ensure quality outcomes. This position operates on the 1st shift, from Tuesday to Friday. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate with other assembly associates daily to support integration testing, manual instruction development, and production process development. + Perform hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of system builds and re-work. + Work from documented procedures and maintain quality data. + Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of work areas. + Assure adherence to safety protocols. + Handle, label, and dispose of hazardous chemicals properly. + Share knowledge and train co-workers and new employees. + Establish effective working partnerships with other departments to promote communication and knowledge transfer. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + 2-3 years of experience performing assembly in a GMP environment + 2-3 years of experience documenting products + 2-3 years of experience with labeling + 2-3 years of experience with hand tools **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience within a cleanroom environment + Medical/Pharma Device experience preferred **Why Work Here?** Joining our team means becoming part of a global community dedicated to improving lives through impactful work. Samples are mixed with reagents to diagnose various illnesses and diseases. This GMP/FDA regulated production environment does not require employees to come in direct contact with any vials. It is a cleanroom setting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Northbrook, IL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
