Job Title: Cleanroom Technician/Production Operator (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join our team as a Cleanroom Technician, where you will play a crucial role in operating molding, assembly, or packaging equipment according to product specifications. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work in a cleanroom environment, ensuring that products meet customer specifications and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Operate molding, assembly, or packaging equipment as required per product specifications.Package and label products according to customer specifications.Perform visual inspections to identify defects and confirm product quality.Report identified visual defects to the Cell Leader.Enter daily production and scrap data into the BMS.Complete production and workstation documentation as required.Move products to designated areas in WIP/airlocks.Order components through SAP from the warehouse and scan WIP components with an RF gun.Supply assembly machines with necessary components.Complete LRPs, including opening and closing of lots, ensuring paperwork is error-free.Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to 5S standards daily, weekly, and monthly.Participate in lean projects and provide suggestions for process improvements.Support and maintain all company policies, including ISO standards, health and safety requirements, continuous improvement, GMP, and standard work procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

Willingness to wear GMP attire.Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift.Capacity to stand and be on feet for the entire 12-hour shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Operating experience is a plus.Assembly experience is a plus.GMP experience is a plus.

Work Environment

Facilities are located in Buffalo Grove, with a brand-new site in Libertyville. The role involves wearing GMP attire and working a 12-hour rotating shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
