Job Title: Cleanroom Technician (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Cleanroom Technician to join our team. This role involves operating molding, assembly, or packaging equipment in accordance with product specifications, ensuring quality and compliance with customer requirements.

6PM-AM rotating schedule

Responsibilities

Operate molding, assembly, or packaging equipment as required per product specifications.Package and label products per customer specifications.Perform visual inspections to identify defects and confirm product quality.Report identified visual defects to the Cell Leader.Enter daily production and scrap data into the Business Management System (BMS).Complete production and workstation documentation as required.Move products to designated areas in work-in-progress (WIP) and airlocks.Order components through SAP from the warehouse and scan WIP components with an RF gun.Supply assembly machines with necessary components.Complete LRPs, including opening and closing lots, ensuring all paperwork is error-free.Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to 5S standards daily, weekly, and monthly.Participate in and support lean initiatives and projects.Provide suggestions and take an active role in process improvements to eliminate non-value-added activities.Support and maintain company policies, including ISO standards, health and safety requirements, continuous improvement, GMP, and standard work procedures.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
