**Job Title: Cleanroom Technician** **Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring machines, maintaining stock levels, labeling containers, and ensuring that work areas remain clear. You will also visually inspect products, adjust parameters on Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), and provide assistance as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Monitor production machines and ensure stock levels are maintained.
+ Label containers accurately and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
+ Visually inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
+ Adjust parameters on HMI to optimize machine performance.
+ Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to prevent scrap.
+ Assist with packing products and general labor tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with production and machine operation.
+ Ability to perform product inspections and packaging.
+ Skill in monitoring production and making necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Prior knowledge of FDA facilities for safety audits is preferred.

**Work Environment**
Work in a clean, climate-controlled facility with two available shifts: 7am to 3:30pm and 3pm to 11:30pm.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
