**Job Title: Cleanroom Technician** **Job Description**
Join our innovative EES Battery Storage unit program, slated for the next 2-3 years. Begin your journey with a comprehensive training on the 1st shift for 1.5-3 months before transitioning to scheduled shifts. We are looking to fill multiple positions across the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate manufacturing stations throughout the battery line.
+ Conduct quality checks on parts.
+ Pack and prepare parts for shipment.
+ Assemble and sub-assemble battery packs.
+ Maintain cleanliness of the cell and the facility.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to follow instructions and remain attentive throughout shifts.
+ Capacity to learn multiple stations in the manufacturing process.
+ Physical ability to stand and stay active for shifts up to 12 hours.
+ Flexibility to perform varied tasks such as breaking down boxes and moving materials.
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Ability to quickly adapt to tasks and meet goals.
+ Capability to lift or move 15-20 pounds.
+ Commitment to staying off cell phones during shifts.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in production, assembly, or general labor is beneficial.

**Work Environment**
Work in a state-of-the-art, $62 million facility in Auburn Hills. The environment is temperature-controlled and extremely clean, featuring new equipment throughout. Employees will wear lab coats, boots, and safety glasses for protection. Current openings are available across three shifts, with an initial orientation on the 1st shift. The shifts are as follows: 1st shift from 5:50 am to 2:20 pm.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, MI.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
