**Job Title: Cleanroom Technician** **Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Technician to join our team. This role involves working in a controlled cleanroom environment, handling the extraction and processing of collagen, and participating in the manufacturing of medical devices. You will play a critical role in maintaining quality and efficiency in our production processes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Review and complete batch records accurately.
+ Extract collagen from raw materials and place it into molds for cutting into various shapes.
+ Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
+ Sanitize cleanrooms and manufacturing spaces to maintain a sterile environment.
+ Operate, monitor, and calibrate production equipment.
+ Fill and package medical devices in compliance with industry standards.
+ Maintain adequate inventory of manufacturing supplies and requisition additional materials as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and production.
+ Proficiency in cleanroom operations and adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
+ Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
+ Experience in batching, blending, cutting, measuring.
+ At least 2 years in a production environment, including packaging, document control, labeling, and inspection.

+ Good verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
+ Capability to follow both written and oral instructions.

**Work Environment**
Work in a cleanroom environment fully gowned with hair net, mask, smock, gloves, and shoe coverings. This position is based in Allendale and operates on a first shift schedule, Monday - Friday, 7am – 3:30pm. Overtime may be required before and after shifts based on production needs. The role involves physical demands such as standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allendale, NJ.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
