Cleanroom Technician
**Job Title: Cleanroom Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleanroom Technician to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products by inspecting IV bags and supporting local manufacturing operations. This position requires a commitment to working in a cleanroom environment with a rotating shift schedule. **Responsibilities** + Visually inspect IV bags for weight, functional and cosmetic defects, and seal integrity. + Load units into pasteurization carts in a specific order: back-to-front, left-to-right, and bottom-to-top. + Support all local manufacturing operations by supplying components, small parts, glassware, and tubing to cell culture and purification areas. + Operate general production equipment such as parts washers, autoclaves, and stir plates. + Complete relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines. + Manually clean all portable equipment and small parts. + Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams. + Receive and distribute supplies into the production area as necessary. + Perform daily cleaning of the production area to maintain a GMP-compliant environment. + May perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or GED required. + Minimum of 1 year of production or warehouse experience. + Ability to pass a vision test (20/20 vision required) and a color vision test. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. + Understanding of cGMP regulations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable working in a GMP environment with specific attire requirements. + Commitment to working weekends on a rotating schedule. + Ability to train on the first shift for 2 days in Libertyville and then transition to the Round Lake site. + Willingness to undergo THC drug testing. + Ability to provide a copy of a high school diploma or GED. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values quality and precision in a clean and quiet work environment. The environment is extremely clean and quiet, with strict guidelines against wearing jewelry, false fingernails, nail polish, or makeup. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Round Lake, IL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.68/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
