Join a leading manufacturer of gloves for industrial, pharmaceutical, and nuclear sectors. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of automated machinery.
ResponsibilitiesOperate automated machinery using control screens.Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments via machine control screens.Document levels of each batch of gloves and track production cycles.Inspect machines and gloves during production cycles.Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when operating equipment.Perform lockout/tagout procedures when moving machines.Initiate new batches on different machines during production cycles.Clean production tanks 1-2 times monthly.
Essential SkillsMachine operating experience.Experience following SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Basic computer skills.Strong attention to detail.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in cleanroom environments.

Work Environment
This position offers two shifts: 3rd shift (10pm - 6:30am, Friday - Tuesday) and 2nd shift (10am - 6:30pm, Sunday - Thursday). The work environment is a cleanroom, requiring lab coats and occasionally respirators. The production floor is temperature-controlled and has a paint-like smell. Teams are small, consisting of about 6 people per shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
