**Job Title: Cleanroom Technician** Job Description Join our team as a Cleanroom Technician, where you will use a variety of tools such as screwdrivers, hand tools, tweezers, wrenches, ratchets, drills, crimpers, and other measuring devices. This role requires the ability to work with precision, as some tasks will involve microscope work. You will be cross-trained across multiple stations and departments, rotating daily to master complex processes. Responsibilities + Use tools like screwdrivers, hand tools, tweezers, and more for various assemblies. + Cross-train and rotate stations daily within the facility. + Demonstrate excellent hand dexterity and organizational skills. + Understand measurements and mechanical and electromechanical assemblies. + Perform soldering, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, and work overtime as needed. + Read and understand written and verbal instructions. + Conduct manual labeling, print and place labels, and prepare components for printed circuit boards. + Perform tests on electronic components for quality assurance. + Pack orders following final build processes in an assembly environment. + Tape and mask parts on printed circuit boards for coating processes. + Inspect and assemble components into printed circuit boards. + Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards. + Understand and perform test processes in a contract manufacturing environment. + Complete pre-assembly tasks such as stocking assembly lines and applying labels. Essential Skills + Ability to use hand tools and follow work instructions. + Experience in electronic assembly and packaging. + Great hand dexterity and organizational skills. + Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly. + Detail-oriented and able to understand both written and verbal instructions. + Capability to work in a team environment and perform overtime. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School Diploma or equivalent. + 1 year of general assembly or manufacturing experience. + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. + Ability to handle very small components in tight spaces without causing damage.
