Job Title: Cleanroom Technician
Job Description

The Cleanroom Technician will work in both a clean room environment and on the production floor, contributing to the production of various medical devices. Responsibilities include folding boxes, minimal assembly, packing, and bagging raw materials for the medical industry. The candidate will operate machines producing medical components, ensuring products are filled and sealed correctly, recording information as needed, and conducting quality checks to meet company standards.

Work Environment

The work environment is a small manufacturer with approximately 70 employees, featuring a very clean and well-lit facility. The company operates in a cleanroom environment with a structured three-level system for production technicians. Contractors will start as level 2 production techs and train with level 1 techs during the first 30 days. The facility runs on a first shift from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime based on business needs. PPE including hairnets, beard nets, and shoe covers are provided, but contractors must supply new closed-toed shoes, which will be stored on-site in lockers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maumee, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
