Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleanroom Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various manufacturing and inspection tasks within a cleanroom environment, ensuring high-quality production standards are met.
ResponsibilitiesRead, interpret, and follow Manufacturing and Inspection Procedures (MIPs) and work orders.Prepare mold or tool surfaces properly with release film, wax, and other part release products.Use pre-preg lamination techniques, cut cloth, and lay up products of varying tolerances.Prepare products for vacuum bagging (pre-preg) and handle, apply, store, and dispose of composite materials, adhesives, sealants, resins, and solvents per OSHA regulations.Support and exhibit a focus on zero defects and a 'right-the-first-time' approach.Inspect finished products for conformance to specifications.Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.Inspect laminate surfaces for defects, imperfections, foreign material (FOD), or other non-conformance, and correct as necessary.Comply with established safety directives.Sand and trim composite materials (fiberglass, carbon, Kevlar) to proper dimensions based on MIPs, work orders, and drawings.Understand basic math to calculate, weigh, mix, and catalyze resin.Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.Essential SkillsExperience with inspection and hand tools.Proficiency in assembly and packaging within a cleanroom environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenville, South Carolina.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
