**Job Title: Production Assistant** **Job Description** The Production Assistant is responsible for labeling finished products efficiently and accurately, adhering to company standards for safety, security, and productivity. This role involves label reconciliation, ensuring documentation completeness, and verifying the correctness of all product identification. **Responsibilities** + Check the accuracy of information on all items. + Visually inspect finished products. + Properly label finished products. + Package labeled products and prepare them for shipping. + Document label reconciliation. + Maintain a clean working environment. + Perform other related duties as assigned by management. **Essential Skills** + 1 year or more of manufacturing experience. + Proficiency in reading and speaking English. + Ability to stand for long periods. + Capability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Knowledge of cGMPs and GDPs. + Skill in verifying defects in products visually and determining proper labels based on color codes. **Work Environment** This role operates in a 503b outsourcing facility with a clean room environment, requiring adherence to SOPs including gowning procedures. Shifts run from 6:30am to 4:30pm or 3:30pm to 2:00am, Monday through Thursday, with work typically required every other Friday. Employees work between 40-60 hours per week.
