**Job Title: Cleanroom Technician** **Job Description** As a Cleanroom Technician, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing of glass resins by operating and maintaining various processing equipment. Your responsibility includes ensuring compliance with customer and market specifications while working closely with supervisors to schedule production runs and advising on necessary equipment purchases. **Responsibilities** + Operate processing equipment, including reactors, distillation units, pumps, motors, and related piping. + Perform necessary process tasks and checks to ensure compliance with specifications. + Communicate with maintenance personnel regarding repairs or alterations. + Package finished products and ensure safe handling and storage of raw materials. + Dispose of raw materials safely and maintain housekeeping duties. **Essential Skills** + Experience in chemical mixing and operations (1+ year). + Proficiency in operating forklifts, saws, ovens, kilns, and furnaces. + Basic computer skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy job security in a thriving industry, especially in the semiconductor sector. The environment is a non-smoking, union facility with a headcount of 10-15 people. The role starts with training on the first shift before transitioning to the second shift. This position offers independence, allowing you to manage your tasks efficiently. Benefits become available 30 days after direct hire, with union membership commencing after 60 days. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perrysburg, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
