Job Description
The cleanroom technician will be responsible for preparing the wipes area for production, loading paper spools, managing waste, and ensuring efficient production flow. The role requires maintaining accurate documentation and inventory integrity, inspecting equipment, and supporting production lines. The technician will also operate the Radio Frequency Gun, assist with repack and labeling operations, and observe safety protocols while performing preventative maintenance.
ResponsibilitiesPrep the wipes area for production.Load paper spools for cut wipes.Manage trash and cardboard to maintain safe and efficient production.Calculate accurate tallies during loading, unloading, and warehouse processes.Inspect equipment daily and report defects.Maintain efficient product flow in the warehouse.Ensure good housekeeping of the warehouse area.Support production lines with material requests.Provide accurate and legible paperwork for database maintenance.Ensure inventory integrity and accuracy daily.Operate Radio Frequency Gun for movements, barcoding, and inventories.Assist with repack and labeling operations when necessary.Observe all safety rules and use proper safety equipment.Ensure quality of palletized products and store them according to warehouse policies.Assist in preventative maintenance.Document issues, concerns, and product changes accurately and legibly.Follow Lock Out Tags policy procedures.Perform other duties as directed.Essential SkillsGeneral production experience.Experience in cleanroom environments.Packaging and inspection skills.Production assembly and general labor experience.High School Diploma or GED.Strong motivation and good work history.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious manufacturing experience.Desire to advance within the company.Work Environment
The work environment is extremely clean, requiring safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots. Employees will wear a full white suit along with hair nets and beard nets. The role involves standing for most of the 12-hour shift in a fast-paced environment, monitoring spools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mc Elhattan, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
