**Job Title: Chem Mixer - Starting at $20/hr!** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team as a Cleanroom Technician, where you will play a crucial role in cutting and quality checking glass specifically for the semiconductor industry. This position is based in a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring no air quality issues such as glass dust. You will be responsible for casting glass, annealing, and operating various automated machinery. **Responsibilities** + Set up and oversee automated saws, lathes, drill presses, and grinders. + Label and code all items as they enter and exit the cleanroom. + Conduct mechanical and visual inspections of products. + Calculate, weigh, screen mill, and mix materials for melting and testing. + Charge and monitor melters, annealers, and furnaces. + Maintain machinery operations efficiently and effectively. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation within a manufacturing or industrial setting. + Quality inspection experience is preferred. + Proficiency in using Excel for data entry during quality checks. + Ability to work independently without supervision. + Competency in using hand and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift operation experience. + Familiarity with assembly, saw operation, and saw operator roles. + Experience with ovens, kilns, furnaces, and computer systems. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy job security in a thriving industry with opportunities for growth and increased compensation as you develop your skills.
