**Job Title: Cleanroom Technician** **Job Description** As a Cleanroom Technician, you will assemble panels for medical devices and process components following instructions provided in various forms such as drawings, written, or verbal directions. Your role will also involve inspecting parts for quality and defects, micro laser ablation, measurement and inspection of arterial stents, and micro laser etching of dental implant parts. You will be responsible for data entry tasks, including filling out job travelers, certificates of conformance, signing off on travelers, and creating labels for parts. **Responsibilities** + Assemble panels for medical devices using provided instructions. + Inspect parts for quality and defects. + Perform micro laser ablation and inspection of arterial stents. + Conduct micro laser etching of dental implant parts. + Complete data entry tasks, including job travelers and certificates of conformance. + Sign off on travelers and create labels for parts. **Essential Skills** + 2 years of experience in manufacturing. + Experience in medical device production. + Proficiency in using measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers. + Ability to inspect and measure parts accurately. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in quality assurance and inspection. + Familiarity with machine operation and cleanroom protocols. **Why Work Here?** Join a small medical device location that is part of a large company, offering exposure to both volume manufacturing and R&D work. Shift differentials are available for second and third shifts. The role may require occasional voluntary overtime, including Saturdays. You will primarily be seated but can stand if preferred, and must be comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.40/hr.
