Job Description
You will provide day-to-day operations support for all Manufacturing areas.
ResponsibilitiesFulfill daily/weekly production support schedules and adapt to schedule and personnel changes to ensure internal and external customers' needs and deliveries are met.Assemble bottle preparation for manufacturing use, manifold assembly, and other components.Perform washroom activities, stage and set up bottles for production use, and maintain inventory.Weigh, dilute, and verify chemicals for in-process solutions (working with weights and measurements).Lift and carry up to 50lbs or more without assistance and work on your feet for long durations.Operate heavy equipment and use an autoclave.Ensure all materials, equipment, and tooling are available as required (inventory maintenance).Train on all assigned procedures.Be cross-trained to assist in other production areas/departments as needed.Maintain an organized and clean workspace.Assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions (equipment logs, manufacturing records).Follow GMP documents (SOPs, Manufacturing Records) with strict adherence to safety and compliance.Ensure ongoing FDA compliance.Follow OSHA safety regulations for bloodborne pathogens.Understand FDA and ISO standards applicable to the department and consequences of non-conformance.Essential SkillsAssemblyChemical mixingProductionFillingQuality controlAutoclave operationAttention to detailInventory managementMedical assemblyForklift operationGMP complianceAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to perform washroom activitiesAbility to stage and set up bottles for production useAbility to maintain inventoryAbility to work with weights and measurementsWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
You will work in a climate-controlled production environment with a schedule of Tuesday to Friday, 10-hour days from 6:30am to 5:00pm. There is a possibility of 20 hours of overtime per month.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
