Join a leading ISO9001/AS9100 certified fabrication company specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of multilayer insulation blankets for aerospace, cryogenic applications, and military defense. We are seeking two dedicated industrial sewers/fabricators to join our team.
ResponsibilitiesOperate industrial sewing machines to sew heavy canvas materials.Read and interpret shop prints and measurements to cut materials to the correct size.Document all processes meticulously to ensure compliance with ISO documentation standards.Adhere to cleanroom protocols, including gowning up in a bonnet, smock, booties, veil, beard guard, and cleanroom gloves.Essential Skills6 months of manufacturing experience in commercial, industrial, or personal settings.Ability to pass a reading, English, and math test.6 months of experience in inspection, assembly, or documentation.Cleanroom experience and gowning skills are a significant advantage.Proficiency in reading a ruler and blueprints (6 months to 1 year of experience preferred).Ability to lift 25 lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsGED/High School diploma is preferred but not required.Willingness to work hard and learn new skills.Good English communication skills for effective training.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
