Job Description
In this role, you will utilize a variety of tools including screwdrivers, hand tools, tweezers, wrenches, ratchets, drills, crimpers, and other measuring devices, along with occasional microscope work. You will be cross-trained across multiple stations and departments, requiring a sharp ability to quickly learn processes. Daily station rotations will enhance your industry knowledge and expertise.
ResponsibilitiesRotate through various assembly stations daily, mastering complex processes.Use hand tools (screwdrivers, tweezers, drills, crimpers, etc.) to perform assembliesPerform quality inspections at each stage to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.Label, package, and prepare products for shipment
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
1+ year of transferable experience, preferably in general assembly or manufacturingHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong hand-eye coordination and attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and work well in a teamNice to Have:
