**Job Title: Cleanroom Technician 17-19hr** **Job Description** As a General Machine Operator, you will be responsible for tending to 1 to 3 Injection Mold Machines. Initially, you will start with one machine and gradually gain more responsibility as you are trained on different machines. The machines operate with run times from 60 seconds to 3 1/2 minutes. You will also be responsible for changing over the machine and running 3 to 5 different products throughout the week. Your duties include visual inspection, packaging of products, operating a sonic welder, and performing small sub-assemblies as necessary. Additionally, you will be required to heat up resin to meet quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Tend to 1 to 3 Injection Mold Machines. + Operate machines with run times from 60 seconds to 3 1/2 minutes. + Change over machines and run 3 to 5 different products weekly. + Perform visual inspection and packaging of products. + Operate a sonic welder and perform small sub-assemblies. + Trim any excess flash of products. + Heat up resin to meet quality standards. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with injection mold machinery is preferred for direct placement. **Work Environment** Work in a drama-free, very clean manufacturing environment specializing in plastic injection molding. The facility is not very physically demanding and includes around 20 people in production on each shift. Overtime is mandatory when posted, with 1st and 2nd shifts requiring 8 hours on weekends, and 3rd shift requiring an extra 8 hours on Fridays. The shifts are as follows: 1st Shift - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 2nd Shift - 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm with a $1.00 shift differential, and 3rd Shift - 11:00 pm to 7:00 am with a $2.00 shift differential. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
