Cleanroom Technical Operator 2 - 1st shift - $21/hrJob Description

Participate in daily production and packaging activities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all related standard operating procedures (SOPs). Strive to achieve assigned production goals, addressing unscheduled peaks in workload to ensure timely product release and avoid back orders. Collaborate with team leaders to detail critical raw materials, in-process procedures, and specifications, and identify corrective actions for technical problems related to raw materials and finished products.

6am-2:30pm, flexibility 3am

ResponsibilitiesPerform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished products.Address line issues and other production problems; promptly notify team leaders of required corrective actions.Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and all related SOPs.Use computerized Materials Resource Planning (MRP) inventory system to report lot-controlled ingredients on batch records.Essential SkillsUnderstanding of cleanroom protocols.Proficiency with production and packaging processes.Familiarity with GDP, GMP, and SOP standards.Ability to perform quality assurance and inspections.Proficient in machine operation and multi-tasking.Experience with computer operations and documentation handling.Additional Skills & QualificationsAt least two years of previous assembly/packaging experience.Experience in regulated medical device manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment preferred.Understanding of coagulation-based manufacturing processes is a plus.Familiarity with FDA, ISO, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).Knowledge of qualification and validation trials.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and large ERP systems preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role is for a Technical Operator 2 on the 1st shift, from 6am to 2:30pm, with the flexibility to start at 3am, which includes a 10% pay bump. The work environment includes specific dress code requirements, such as wearing pants instead of leggings, no makeup, and safety gear like side shields for glasses. The room can be loud, so ear protection is provided. Adherence to safety protocols is crucial, including no headphones or cell phone use on the floor. Reliability is key, as absence can create bottlenecks. After training, overtime may be required, with potential for a pay raise upon conversion.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
