Job Title: Cleanroom Production Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and skilled Cleanroom Production Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards while contributing to the efficient production of high-quality products.
Responsibilities
Work in a cleanroom class 10,000 environment.Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, Batch Records, and procedures to correctly fill and package finished goods.Comply with policies, guidelines, gowning protocols, and regulatory requirements.Report any issues related to quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the Production Supervisor or Production Manager.Complete line clearance, compliance, and timely completion of training records, ensuring GDP/GMP compliance.Perform routine tasks with minimal supervision.Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning protocols of class 10,000 clean room and anti-room.Fill from batches to packaging including bottles, pails, cubes, drums, and totes.Assist in product and process development and validation in the cleanroom environment.Manage work in process (WIP) including labeling and sealing packaging and torquing all WIP packaging.Label finished pallets with pallet ID tags.Conduct daily scale calibrations.Maintain inventory for Clean Room Supplies.Assist in monitoring safety practices and quality compliance.Cross-train or support other work venues as needed.Participate in Lean or process improvement initiatives.Observe processes and initiate activities to improve them.Follow hazardous waste procedures, ensuring waste is placed in labeled containers and notifying supervision of any issues.Essential Skills
Experience in cleanroom, production, inspection, and quality assurance.Knowledge of GMP and cleanroom protocols.Ability to work independently and with multiple departments.Strong communication skills.Attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Leadership and people skills.Experience in the chemical industry is a plus.Physical ability to bend, lift, and climb.Why Work Here?

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brookfield, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
