Job Title: Cleanroom Production OperatorJob Description

As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you will be involved in general labor activities including loading and unloading various types of cleaning equipment, assembling parts, conducting inspections, alcohol wiping, swabbing, nitrogen drying parts, leak testing, function and flow testing, bagging, packaging, and other duties related to production. You will operate air and electric drivers, perform LPC testing, use bag sealers, check for leaks, and operate ultrasonic wash equipment. You may work across different production areas and are expected to maintain the proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as coveralls, boots, hairnets, face shields, and gloves.

ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload cleaning equipment and perform miscellaneous assembly tasks.Inspect parts and conduct alcohol wiping, swabbing, and nitrogen drying.Conduct leak, function, and flow testing of products.Operate air and electric drivers, LPC testing equipment, and bag sealers.Perform ultrasonic washing and bagging of parts.Work in cleanroom, clean line, or assembly areas based on production schedules.Maintain proper use of required PPE.Identify deviations that can potentially interrupt productivity.Perform sequences of operations while maintaining quality and quantity standards.Work as a team member to uphold departmental standards and goals.Maintain clean and organized work areas, following safety and cleanroom requirements.Maintain logs and other necessary documents.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.Experience in cleanroom environments is a plus.Strong manual dexterity and visual acuity.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.Good verbal and written communication skills.Strong organization and time management skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechanically inclined with the ability to handle fragile products.Ability to perform repetitive tasks.Experience with 5S standards and general production tasks.Capability to work with direct supervision.Proficiency in computer data entry.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work in a cleanroom environment, wearing a bunny suit, with shifts that may require standing for up to 8 hours. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and the use of appropriate PPE at all times.

This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.22 - $22.00/hr.
