Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Cleanroom Production Worker, where you will contribute to designing and molding high-quality plastic and injection molding solutions. Specializing in 2-Shot and liquid silicone molding, we utilize the world's most advanced technologies to provide top-tier products.

ResponsibilitiesOperate injection molding machines, package products, and conduct cycle counting.Visually inspect and assemble parts to meet quality specifications, identifying critical defects.Utilize route sheets and work instructions to ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements.Remove parts from injection molding machines during operations.Perform routine cleaning of machines and work areas.Account for and record production and scrap counts.Essential SkillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.Reliability and punctuality.Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.Physical ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.Basic math skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsA few months of manufacturing experience is ideal but not required.Knowledge of SmartSheet and IQMS is beneficial.Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment equipped with advanced technology. You must be comfortable wearing a hair net and a beard net if applicable. The role requires flexibility to travel between two locations, with most work centered at your primary hire location.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ellington, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $21.00/hr.
