Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator

Pay: $18 - $20 an hour//Paid Weekly!!!

Job Description

As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you will be responsible for performing equipment measurements and inspections based on written documentation, carrying out daily maintenance, both ongoing and preventative, of all equipment within your assigned area. You will ensure the use of correct maintenance procedures and checklists/specs, assist in the investigation and resolution of process problems, and ensure thorough documentation concerning equipment is properly recorded and tracked. Your primary support will be to coaters, microscopes, pumps, and other equipment as required, including troubleshooting and repair of equipment.

ResponsibilitiesPerform equipment measurements and inspections based on written documentation.Conduct daily ongoing and preventative maintenance of all equipment within assigned area.Ensure the use of correct maintenance procedures and checklists/specs.Assist in the investigation and resolution of process problems.Ensure thorough documentation concerning equipment is properly recorded and tracked.Provide primary support to coaters, microscopes, pumps, and other equipment as required.Troubleshoot and repair equipment.Follow SOPs and check quality and operation of work.Maintain all required documentation.Conduct soldering of wires and cable connections as required.Read and interpret blueprints.Essential SkillsProficiency with electrical test equipment such as multimeters and microscopes.Ability to read and follow electro-mechanical assembly drawings, procedures, and schematics.Ability to follow written procedures to maintain GMP compliance and ISO certification.Strong computer skills and knowledge.Detail-oriented and capable of working as a team with other technicians.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to self-manage tasks to completion in a timely manner.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience working in a cleanroom environment preferred.Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) knowledge is a plus.Working knowledge of Oracle applications preferred.Experience with intricate finished product handling.Ability to repetitively lift and carry products.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work in a cleanroom environment with 2nd Shift hours from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with potential for overtime as needed. There are also openings for Electro/Mechanical Assemblers with shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The environment is conducive to manufacturing and requires adherence to specific protocols.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, Delaware.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $22.55/hr.
