Manufacturing Operator – Medical Device Production

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Operators in a state-of-the-art medical device production facility. Compensation & Shift Availability

Includes a $3/hour pay increase upon conversion to full-time employment

1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) |$17.00/hour2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday) |$18.70/hour

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate precision manufacturing equipment to produce medical-grade nails and screwsLoad raw materials and monitor automated production processesRetrieve materials from inventory and ensure accurate machine setupUnload, inspect, package, and label finished componentsMaintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with cleanroom standardsAdhere strictly to all safety protocols and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE)

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredNo prior manufacturing experience necessary—comprehensive training providedAbility to work in a cleanroom environmentFlexibility to work overtime as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.
