Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Cleanroom Packer to join our team in Fairfield, OH. This role involves working in a cleanroom environment where you will be responsible for packaging materials and ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

Break down pallets and load material on carts.Pack boxes with corresponding inventory.Utilize pallet jacks to move material throughout the warehouse.Operate a forklift once trained and certified.Conduct cycle counts to manage inventory accuracy.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all applicable safety policies and procedures.

Essential Skills

Ability to lift up to 70lbs (rarely required).Effective teamwork and communication skills.Initiative to be productive and maintain a positive attitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

No previous manufacturing or warehouse experience required.Familiarity with packing, packaging, and material handling is beneficial.Experience with RF scanners and pallet jacks is a plus.

Work Environment

This position operates in a cleanroom environment on the 2nd shift, from 12pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday. The role is contract-to-hire and provides an engaging and supportive workplace where safety and teamwork are prioritized.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
