This role is responsible for maintaining strict cleanliness standards to protect sensitive manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate follows detailed procedures, maintains accurate documentation, and understands the importance of contamination prevention. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stability and long-term career potential. ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled and routine cleaning of cleanroom areas including wafer fabrication labs (fabs), gowning rooms, tools, walls, ceilings, and floorsFollow proper cleanroom gowning and contamination control procedures at all timesMaintain cleaning logs and documentation to support compliance and regulatory auditsRestock and maintain cleanroom consumables such as gloves, masks, sticky mats, and protective supplies Qualifications and RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech cleanroom environments preferredAbility to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentationMust be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Benefits and PerksPay Rate: $16.00 per hourMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid holidays (as applicable)Training and opportunities for long-term growth Your New OrganizationJoin a global innovator in optical and semiconductor technology.
