Cleanroom Assembly Technician - 1st Shift
**Job Title: Cleanroom Technician - 1st Shift** Job Description Join our team as a Cleanroom Technician at our state-of-the-art facility. This role involves working in a highly controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring the highest quality standards in our production processes. Responsibilities + Follow all safety requirements to maintain a secure working environment. + Perform assembly on parts and conduct quality inspections on in-process and finished products. + Ensure all parts are 100% defect-free before proceeding with the next steps. + Maintain records of production and scrap figures for accurate reporting. + Keep equipment in good condition and maintain a clean and orderly work area. + Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work instructions. + Have the authority to stop the process in the event of nonconformity. + Collaborate effectively within a team environment. Work Environment Our facility spans 150,000 square feet and has been recently remodeled to accommodate Chrysler business exclusively. The cleanroom environment prioritizes safety and cleanliness. The plant is equipped with 244 Fanuc Robots, sub-assembly cells, flex cells, stand-alone cells, weld robots, and dispensing robots. It is a non-union plant with a Just-In-Time production process on the plastics side. Note that cell phones are not permitted on the floor. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, Michigan. 1st shift- 6am-2:30pm, OT until 6pm (12 hour shifts) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
