What You’ll DoAssemble small balloon catheters and related components with precision and careReview documentation and set up machines for assembly operationsLoad 1–2 small components into automated equipmentPerform quick visual inspections to ensure qualityUnload parts and complete routine assembly tasksSplit duties between 40% microscope work and 60% hands-on workUse fine motor skills to handle small parts and toolsWhat You Bring1–2+ years of recent manufacturing experienceExperience in cleanroom or controlled environments (preferred)Comfortable reading measuring devices and performing basic mathStrong dexterity for handling tiny partsInterest in using or learning microscope-based workPositive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learnBonus Skills2+ years of assembly or quality experiencePrevious cleanroom experienceMicroscope experienceWhy You’ll Love Working Here

Work Environment & RequirementsClimate‑controlled cleanroom (50% sitting / 50% standing)Required PPE includes gown, smock, booties, and hair netSteel‑toe shoes, pants, and a t‑shirt required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
