Job Title: Cleanroom Production OperatorJob Description

As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you will create and assemble complex plastic tube products. You will utilize techniques to fuse, cut, form, bend, and shape plastic (primarily PFA) tubing to meet precise design specifications. The role requires the use of hand tools, bench top welders, and precision equipment to form PFA tubes. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting drawings/prints and work orders to carry out the design specifications for each product. Collaboration in a team environment is essential to enhance techniques and improve repeatability.

ResponsibilitiesCreate and assemble complex plastic tube products.Utilize techniques to fuse, cut, form, bend, and shape PFA tubing.Use hand tools, bench top welders, and precision equipment to form tubes.Read and interpret drawings/prints and work orders.Work with area lead to prioritize workload and notify of shortages or problems.Collaborate in a team environment to improve techniques and repeatability.Essential SkillsExperience in tube bending and mechanical assembly.Proficiency in using measurement equipment, such as rulers, calipers, and protractors.Ability to read and understand blueprints, assembly drawings, and PNIDs.Effective communication skills with coworkers, area leads, and management.Self-starter with strong motivation and multitasking abilities.Ability to work well in a team environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with assembly within a cleanroom environment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role is based in a cleanroom environment, although you will spend some time working outside the cleanroom. The position operates on a swing shift from 3:30 pm to midnight with a half-hour lunch break.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
