As a Cleanroom Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production and packaging of components used in medical devices at our new Grand Rapids, MI site. You will be working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement in line with production goals.
ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations following Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.Work from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal assembly instructions.Set initial layouts and use a variety of tools to prepare products.Make continuity checks on work in process and completed.Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications.Operate packaging machines.Box and apply labeling materials.
Essential SkillsNo experience required.Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.Experience using measuring devices and hand tools.

Work Environment
The role is based in a cleanroom manufacturing environment that requires wearing personal protective equipment, including eyewear, earplugs, hair net, and protective gowning. The position offers a 2nd Shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
