Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler

Pay: $21-$23/hour

Location: Billerica, MA (On-site)

We are hiring Cleanroom Assemblers to support the production of high-quality medical product assemblies in a regulated environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn. Training is provided, and candidates will work in a clean, structured setting with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and package products with precisionComplete documentation for production activitiesIdentify and report discrepancies or issuesUse mechanical, electrical, and optical tools for inspectionsOperate systems to collect and evaluate production dataPerform operational tests and fault isolation

Qualifications:

0–2 years of manufacturing experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentGood attendance and reliabilityComfortable working in a cleanroom environmentAbility to work with microscopes for extended periodsStrong hand-eye coordination and attention to detailBasic math and computer skillsAbility to follow GMPs and Standard Operating Procedures

Work Environment:

Regulated cleanroom settingFull gowning requiredFriendly, team-oriented cultureInitial training: 1st shift (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM)Regular schedule: 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 1:30 AM), Monday–Thursday

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
