**Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler**
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Assembler to join our team. This role involves working in a regulated environment, where attention to detail and reliability are key. You will be responsible for assembling and packaging products, performing quality inspections, and maintaining high standards in medical product assembly.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble and package products with precision and care.
+ Fill out paperwork related to assemblies and production activities.
+ Communicate discrepancies or potential issues as necessary.
+ Perform other duties as required to support production operations.
+ Understand and utilize measuring devices, prints, and quality control documents.
+ Operate mechanical, electrical, and optical tools for quality inspection.
+ Ensure high quality standards are met in assembly production.
+ Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments.
+ Perform operational tests and fault isolation on systems.
Essential Skills
+ 0-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
+ Good attendance and reliability.
+ Comfortable working with a microscope for extended periods.
+ Comfortable working in a cleanroom/regulated environment.
+ Good hand-eye dexterity and ability to use small hand tools.
+ Attention to detail and ability to read drawings.
+ Comfortable using computers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
+ Experience with microscopes is a plus.
+ Ability to follow GMPs using Standard Operating Procedures.
+ Maintains records and cleanroom environment to comply with regulatory requirements.
+ Manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and visual acuity.
+ Ability to read, write, and understand English.
+ Ability to perform repetitive work while paying attention to detail.
+ Maintain product traceability and identification.
+ Identify and segregate Non-Conforming Product.
+ Basic understanding of electricity.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, regulated environment with a friendly, hard-working culture. The position involves repetitive tasks and requires full gowning. Training occurs on the 1st shift from 5 AM to 3:30 PM, transitioning to the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billerica, Massachusetts.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
