**Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Cleanroom Assembler, where you will contribute to producing superior medical product assemblies in a regulated environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, good attendance, and a willingness to learn.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and package products with precision.
+ Complete paperwork for related assemblies and production activities.
+ Communicate discrepancies or potential issues as needed.
+ Utilize mechanical, electrical, and optical tools and equipment for quality inspections.
+ Ensure high-quality standards in assembly production.
+ Operate programs to collect and evaluate operating data for on-line adjustments.
+ Perform operational tests and fault isolation on systems.
**Essential Skills**
+ 0-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
+ Good attendance and reliability.
+ Comfortable working with a microscope for 4-6 hours per day.
+ Comfortable working in a cleanroom and regulated environment.
+ Good hand-eye dexterity and experience with small hand tools.
+ Attention to detail and ability to read drawings.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ Basic mathematical calculation skills.
+ Experience with microscopes.
+ Ability to follow GMPs using Standard Operating Procedures.
+ Basic understanding of electricity.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
+ Ability to perform repetitive work with attention to detail.

**Work Environment**
Work in a clean and regulated environment with a friendly, hard-working culture. Engage in repetitive tasks, with a full gowning process required. Train on the 1st shift from 5 AM to 3:30 PM, transitioning to the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billerica, Massachusetts.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
