Responsibilities:
-Machine Operation: Set up and operate industrial saws (table saws, CNC saws, or panel saws) to cut fiber boards according to work orders.
-Precision Measurement: Use calipers, tape measures, and micrometers to verify dimensions down to the millimeter.
-Quality Inspection: Inspect the "edge quality" of cuts to ensure there is no fraying, chipping, or resin buildup that would reject the product.
-Material Handling: Load and unload large fiber boards onto the cutting bed, ensuring the material is square and secure.
-Blade Maintenance: Monitor blade sharpness and performance; assist in blade changes and routine tool calibrations.
-Waste Optimization: Execute "cut lists" efficiently to minimize scrap material and maximize the yield from every board.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Skills:
Experience on a sitdown forklift, reach truck, and order picker.

Qualifications:
Experience: 1???2 years in carpentry, cabinetry, or industrial material cutting (wood, plastic, or composite).
Math Skills: Ability to read blueprints and perform basic shop math (fractions, decimals, and metric conversions).
Tool Proficiency: Experience with industrial power tools and precision measurement instruments.
Physical Requirement: Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
