In this role, you will provide direction, support, and hands-on guidance to a team of cleaners, ensuring that all assigned areas consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. **Job Title: 2nd Shift Lead Cleaner** **Location: Pooler Area** **Pay Rate: 18.00** **What’s the Job?** + Lead, motivate, and guide a team of cleaners to achieve quality and productivity goals. + Perform regular quality improvement inspections within assigned areas. + Ensure cleanliness standards are met or exceeded at all times. + Assist in training new and existing housekeeping staff.
