Job Description

We are seeking dedicated assemblers who excel in working with small, precise parts that require the use of tweezers. You will be responsible for operating machines by placing parts in jigs, aligning them via computer, and performing quality checks using microscopes or magnifying glasses. Experience in electronics assembly is preferred. There is potential for training to work in the clean room or operate a laser etching machine.

Work Environment

Work shifts include: 1st shift (6:30am – 2:30pm), 2nd shift (2:30pm – 10:30pm), and 3rd shift (10:30pm – 6:30am starting Sunday night). The role involves a clean room environment where safety goggles are provided. Dress code includes jeans and a polo or nice t-shirt, with no requirement for steel toe boots.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $20.40/hr.
